On November 18th, 2023, at 15:57 the Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to Interstate 176 for a reported auto accident. The Twin Valley Fire Department and Friendship Fire Company of Geigertown were operating on a brush fire at this location when 2 vehicles had struck 2 separate pieces of fire apparatus.

Ambulance 89 arrived to meet up with Captain 69 (Romig) who advised of multiple patients to be evaluated. Captain 69 also requested an ALS unit to the scene for 1 patient. Ambulance 89 confirmed a 2nd ambulance was responding to the scene and their crew started triaging the scene. Micu 93 arrived as the 2nd Bls unit and was directed by Captain 69 to evaluate a firefighter on the scene. Ambulance 89 transported 1 patient to an area hospital for their injuries.
