Elverson Honey Brook Area EMS is pleased to announce it has gained its Recognized Entity status with the state of PA. This allows us to be able to bring Narcan and drug testing stripes to those in our area free of charge.

On January 20, 2024, we held our first distribution event under this new title with the assistance of Elverson Walmart and were able to provide 84 doses of Narcan to the general public at no cost! This also included narcan training and important information on drug resources in the area.

We would like to also like to thank Temple School of Pharmacy for allowing us to have one of their Pharmacist students at our table! She was able to learn the emergency response side of an overdose along with first responder intervention with Narcan.
