Agricultural Rescue In Honey Brook Township

On June 26th, 2024, at 9:30 Elverson-Honey Brook EMS and Tower Direct Paranedic’s were dispatched to assist the Honey Brook Fire Company in the 100 block of Homestead Rd in Honey Brook Township for an agricultural rescue.

Honey Brook Fire Company units along with EMS responded and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported the subject trapped under a piece of machinery in a field.

Responding units arrived to confirm the report given by the Chester County 911 Center. Assistant 33 (Romig) arrived and established the command for the incident. EMS arrived and worked collaboratively with the fire personnel to extricate the patient. The patient was freed from the machinery at 9:38.

The situation was placed under control by Assistant 33 and Honey Brook Fire Company units and EMS cleared the scene at 9:49.
