On July 28th, 2024, at 1:05 Twin Valley Fire Department along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS and Tower Direct Paramedics were dispatched to the unit block of W. Conestoga Road in Elverson Borough for an auto accident reported with fire.

Twin Valley Fire Department along with mutual aid units were advised by the Chester County 911 Center of a vehicle versus a tree with 1 subject reported to be stuck in the vehicle and the vehicle was smoking and possibly on fire. Ambulance 89 arrived to confirm 1 vehicle versus a tree with no fire and the operator was pulled from the vehicle by bystanders.

Ambulance 89's crew began patient care while Twin Valley Fire Department personnel secured the hazards on the vehicle and provided traffic control around the scene. Ambulance 89 and Tower Direct Micu 193 transported 1 subject to an area hospital for a further evaluation. Twin Valley Fire Department units remained on the scene to provide lighting of the scene and to await the arrival of a tow company.
