On August 3rd, 2024, at 6:19 Twin Valley Fire Department along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to the 300 block of North Manor Road in West Nantmeal Township for an auto accident.

Twin Valley Fire Department units and Ambulance 89 made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center of a single vehicle accident with 1 subject to be checked.

Ambulance 89 arrived to confirm a single vehicle accident overturned in a driveway with 1 subject to be checked. Twin Valley Fire Department units arrived and secured the hazards on the vehicle. Ambulance 89 transported 1 patient to an area hospital for a further evaluation. Twin Valley Fire Department units remained on the scene to assist the Pennsylvania State Police and also to await the arrival of a tow company.
