On November 9th, 2024, at 19:44 Twin Valley Fire Department along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to the intersection of Main Street and Conestoga Road in Caernarvon Township Berks County for an auto accident.

Twin Valley Fire Department units and Ambulance 89 made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center of a two-vehicle accident with at least 1 subject to be checked.

Ambulance 89 arrived, and their crew split to triage the scene for potential patients. Rescue 69 arrived and handled the hazards on the vehicles. Twin Valley units remained on the scene to provide lighting and traffic control around the scene.

Ambulance 89 cleared the scene at 19:58.
