On January 11th, 2025, at 10:46 Twin Valley Fire Department along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to Main Street and Moreview Blvd in Caernarvon Township Berks County for an auto accident.

Twin Valley Fire Department units along with Ambulance 89 made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that a tractor trailer was jackKnifed at that location.

Chief 69 and Ambulance 89 arrived to confirm the report and upon further investigation of the scene it was determined that no EMS services would be needed as the occupants of the tractor trailer were not injured. Station 69 remained on the scene for hazard control of the tractor trailer and also provided traffic control around the accident scene.

Ambulance 89 cleared the scene at 10:57.
