On February 8th, 2025, at 11:20 Twin Valley Fire Department along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to the area of W Main St and Yeingst Drive for an auto accident in Elverson Borough.

Twin Valley Fire Department units and Ambulance 89 responded to the scene and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that Chief 69 (Hornberger) was on location with 1 subject to be checked. Ambulance 89 arrived to find a vehicle had struck a parked car with the operator out of the vehicle. Rescue 69 arrived to control the hazards on the vehicles and also provided traffic control around the accident scene until the arrival of the Pennsylvania State Police and local tow company.

Ambulance 89 was released from the scene at 11:31.
