Mile Marker 293.5 On The Turnpike For An Auto Accident

On February 15th, 2025, at 16:17 Twin Valley Fire Department along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS and Westwood Paramedic's were dispatched to the Turnpike 293.5 WB for an auto accident.

Twin Valley Fire Department units, Ambulance 89, Micu 244 all made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 of a single vehicle accident which was overturned into the woodline.

Twin Valley Fire Department units staged at the Turnpike gate while Ambulance 89 proceeded onto the Turnpike. Deputy 69 (Spangler) arrived and advised that fire units would not be needed and could recall. Deputy 69 also advised that EMS could proceed in per the Turnpike as they would have 1 subject to be checked.

Ambulance 89 arrived to find a single vehicle off of the roadway and overturned with 1 subject out of the vehicle. Ambulance 89's crew evaluated 1 subject who later refused transport to a hospital. The Westwood Paramedics were recalled as this subject's injuries were minor.

Ambulance 89 cleared the call at 17:34.
