On October 30th, 2023, Twin Valley Fire Department along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to the Morgantown Crossings Shopping Center for a reported gas leak inside.

Chief 69 (Hornberger), Ambulance 189, Ladder 69 all made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported a strong odor of natural gas inside of the business along with a haze. Chief 69 and Ladder 69 arrived, and their crew investigated the premises.

Ambulance 189 arrived and stood-by for the fire department while the crews investigated the situation. The situation was quickly mitigated and all Twin Valley units along with Ambulance 189 were made available by Chief 69.
