On November 4th, 2023, The Twin Valley Fire Department along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to the 4000 block of Main Street in Caernarvon Township for an auto accident.

Ambulance 89 and Rescue 69 made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center of a 3 vehicle accident with unknown injuries. Ambulance 89 arrived to confirm the report and their crew split to triage the scene for potential patients. It was determined that only 1 subject required medical attention.

Rescue 69 arrived to control the hazards on the vehicles and assist the Caernarvon Township Police Department with traffic control while they investigated the accident scene. Ambulance 89 transported 1 subject to an area hospital for their injuries while Rescue 69 remained on the scene to await the arrival of a tow company.
