On February 29, 2024 at approximately 13:15 Ambulance 891 was dispatched with multiple other units for an Accident with Fire.

Crew arrived two vehicles with heavy damage and all occupants out of the vehicles. MICU 244 and Ambulance 891, to later rendezvous with Berks MICU 6821 transported patients to nearby hospitals for further treatment of injuries. Ambulance 891 then returned to the scene to ensure all police, including K-9, involved in the incident remained safe while searching the area for a missing occupant.

All units cleared the scene prior to or at 16:05
