On April 22nd, 2024, at 16:53 the Honey Brook Fire Company and Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to the area of Twin County and Todd Roads in Honey Brook Township for an auto accident.

Honey Brook Fire Company units and Ambulance 189 made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center of a two-vehicle auto accident with several subjects to be checked. Ambulance 189 arrived at 16:55 and confirmed the report and their crew triaged the scene for potential patients.

Chief 33 (Kern) arrived and assumed the command for the incident and requested fire police to the scene for traffic control. Ambulance 189 determined that several subjects would require transport to the hospital. Rescue 33 arrived and handled the hazards on the vehicle and swept debris from the roadway. Ambulance 189 started transport of the patients to an area hospital. Rescue 33 remained on the scene to await the arrival of the Pennsylvania State Police.

Ambulance 189 cleared the call at 18:12.
