On April 30th, 2024, while responding to a medical emergency in Caernarvon Township Lancaster County Ambulance 189 came across a vehicle accident on Reservoir Road in Honey Brook Township.

Ambulance 189 arrived to find a single vehicle versus a boulder with 1 subject to be evaluated. Ambulance 89 responded to the previous call in place of Ambulance 189. Ambulance 189 turned the scene over to the Pennsylvania State Police a short time later.

Ambulance 189 cleared the scene at 21:38.
