Day 3 of the Law Enforcement United Road to Hope ride began in Bethany Beach, DE and made stops at the Millsboro Fire Company, Blades Volunteer Fire Company, Federalsburg Fire Company, Ridgley Fire Company, and the Big Truck Farm Brewery, ending for the night in National Harbor, MD. This was the longest day of riding for the event. The riders were met with a brisk morning that became a beautiful day. As has been constant through this trip the community support has been palpable. People along the route cheering for the riders and showing their support helps keep everyone going. We would like to thank all of our rest stop hosts along the way. Sunday consists of a short ride into Washington DC and the ceremonial portion of the ride where multiple chapters come together. These ceremonies mark the start of National Police Week. To all of our law enforcement partners, Happy Police Week!
