On May 28th, 2024, Caernarvon Fire Company (Churchtown) along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched by the Lancaster County 911 Center to the 500 block of Twin County Road in Caernarvon Township for an auto accident.

Caernarvon Fire Company units along with Ambulance 189 made the response and were advised by the Lancaster 911 County Center of a 2-vehicle accident with possible injuries. Ambulance 189 was the first arriving unit to confirm the report and investigated the scene for possible patients. Caernarvon Fire Company units arrived, and their crews controlled the hazards on the vehicles and also swept up debris from the roadway. Ambulance 189's crew informed the Caernarvon Fire Company personnel that all occupants involved in the accident were reporting no injuries.

Ambulance 189 was released from the scene a short time later and the Caernarvon Fire Company units remained on the scene to await the arrival of the Pennsylvania State Police and a local tow company.
