On July 1st, 2024, Elverson-Honey Brook EMS along with Twin Valley Fire Department were dispatched to the intersection of Morgantown/Quarry Roads in Caernarvon Township Berks County for an auto accident.

Twin Valley Fire Department and Elverson-Honey Brook EMS responded and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center of a two-vehicle accident with unknown injuries. Chief 69 (Hornberger) arrived and confirmed the report with 1 subject to be checked by EMS.

Rescue 69 arrived, and their crew controlled the hazards on the vehicles and also swept debris up from the roadway. Ambulance 189 arrived and began care for the injured subject. Ambulance 189 cleared the scene a short time later leaving the Twin Valley Fire Department units on the scene to provide traffic control around the accident scene.
