On July 6th, 2024, at 8:29 Twin Valley Fire Department, Geigertown Fire Company, Elverson-Honey Brook EMS, Westwood Micu 244 were all dispatched to the intersection of Little Conestoga and N. Manor Roads in West Nantmeal Township for an auto accident.

Twin Valley Fire Department units and mutual aid responded and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center of a two-vehicle accident at that intersection with injuries.

Ambulance 89 was the first arriving unit, and their crew began triaging the scene for potential patients. The fire department units arrived and secured the hazards on a vehicle while also providing traffic control around the accident scene. Ambulance 89 and Medic 244 transported 1 patient to an area hospital for a further evaluation.
