On October 10th, 2024, Twin Valley Fire Department along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to Route 176 in Caernarvon Township Berks County for a reported vehicle fire.

Twin Valley Fire Department units along with Ambulance 89 made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported a Tri-Axle Dump truck hauling asphalt was fully involved. Responding units arrived to confirm the report and quick extinguishment of the fire took place. Ambulance 89's crew stood-by while the firefighters extinguished the fire and thankfully no services were needed from them.

Ambulance 89 was released from the scene at 10:18 am.
