On November 23rd, 2024, at 12:49 Twin Valley Fire Department along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to the intersection of Crossings Boulevard and Heritage Drive in Caernarvon Township Berks County for an auto accident.

Twin Valley Fire Department units and Ambulance 89 made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported 1 subject was injured. Ambulance 89 and Twin Valley Fire Department units arrived and found 1 vehicle at the dispatched location with 1 subject injured. Twin Valley Fire Department units arrived to sweep up debris and controlled the hazards on the vehicle.

Ambulance 89 transported the patient to an area hospital for a further evaluation while the Twin Valley Fire Department units remained on the scene for traffic control and to await the arrival of a tow company.
