On January 7th, 2025, at 7:31 Elverson-Honey Brook EMS was dispatched to assist Garden Spot Fire Rescue on an auto accident in the 5100 block of Division Highway in East Earl Township.

Garden Spot Fire Rescue units and Ambulance 189 made the response and were advised by the Lancaster County 911 Center of a Two-vehicle accident with at least one subject to be checked.

Garden Spot Fire Rescue units arrived and controlled the hazards on the vehicles and handled traffic control around the scene. Ambulance 189 arrived and evaluated 2 subjects for injuries. Ambulance 189 obtained 2 refusals and Garden Spot Fire Rescue units remained on the scene to await the arrival of a tow company.

Ambulance 189 cleared the scene at 7:59.
