On January 8th, 2025, at 15:46 Twin Valley Fire Department along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to the PA Turnpike Mile Marker 300.4 West Bound for an auto accident.

Twin Valley Fire Department units and Ambulance 89 made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported a box truck was rear ended and 1 subject was injured. Twin Valley Fire Department units staged at the gate to the PA Turnpike while Ambulance 89 proceeded on to investigate the scene.

Ambulance 89 arrived to find 1 vehicle still on location and recalled the fire department as their services would not be needed. Ambulance 89 transported 1 subject to an area hospital for their injuries.

Ambulance 89 cleared the call at 17:37.
