On February 8th, 2025, at 23:01 Twin Valley Fire Department along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to the area of Main Street and Conestoga Road in Caernarvon Township-Berks County for an auto accident.

Twin Valley Fire Department units and Ambulance 89 made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the reporting party advised of a single vehicle on its side.

Ambulance 89 and Twin Valley Fire Department units arrived to confirm the report and advised that all occupants were out of the vehicle. Ambulance 89's crew confirmed there were no injuries and was released from the scene by the Twin Valley Fire Department personnel. Twin Valley Fire Department units remained on the scene to assist the police department with traffic control around the accident scene and to await the arrival of a tow company.

Ambulance 89 cleared the scene at 23:08.
