On February 11th, 2025, at 22:10 Elverson-Honey Brook EMS, Tower Direct Paramedics, Honey Brook Fire Company were dispatched to assist Caernarvon Fire Company (Churchtown) in the 400 block of Twin County Road for an auto accident with entrapment in Caernarvon Township-Lancaster County.

Caernarvon Fire Company units along with Ambulance 189, Micu 93, Rescue and Chief 33 all made the response and were advised by the Lancaster 911 Center that the caller reported slick roadways and was unable to out of the vehicle.

Caernarvon Fire Company units along with mutual aid arrived to find 1 vehicle over the embankment with 1 subject inside of the vehicle. Caernarvon Fire Company personnel assumed command for this incident. Responders assisted the subject from the vehicle and the extrication was marked complete at 22:17. The subject was turned over to EMS and later transported to an area hospital for a further evaluation.
