On February 20th, 2025, at 15:30 Honey Brook Fire Company along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to the 1000 block of Twin County Road in Honey Brook Township for an auto accident with entrapment.

Honey Brook Fire Company units along with Ambulance 89 made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported 2 vehicles with unknown injuries.

Honey Brook Fire Company units and Ambulance 89 arrived to confirm the report and advised that 1 subject was confined in a vehicle. An upgrade to entrapment was dispatched by the Chester County 911 Center which added Tower Direct Paramedic's (Micu 93) to the call. Ambulance 89's crew began patient care as the Honey Fire Company personnel worked to perform a "Door Pop" on a vehicle. The patient was safely extricated from the vehicle at 15:45 and handed to EMS.

Ambulance 89 and Micu 93 transported a patient to an area hospital for a further evaluation. Honey Brook Fire Company units remained on the scene to secure the hazards on the vehicles and sweep debris from the roadway.

Ambulance 89 cleared the call at 17:13.
