On July 15th, 2025, at 5:48 Honey Brook Fire Company along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS and Tower Direct Paramedics were dispatched to the 700 block of Twin County Road in Honey Brook Township for an auto accident reported serious.

Honey Brook Fire Company units along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS and Tower Direct Paramedics made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported 2 vehicles head on with 2 subjects with serious injuries.

Ambulance 189 and Micu 93 arrived and began triaging the scene. Rescue 33 arrived, and their crew secured the hazards on the vehicles. Ambulance 189 and Micu 93 each transported a patient to an area hospital.

Ambulance 189 cleared the call at 7:07.
